Would post 10 stars if I could! As an attorney myself, I hired Dayne to represent a family member in a criminal law matter. Dayne was incredibly responsive, very easy to get on the phone in person. He always took the time to fully answer any questions, and explain all options. Because of Dayne's expertise, and especially his knowledge of the criminal law system, he was key to getting the matter resolved timely in a highly satisfactory manner.

I had the pleasure of working for Dayne while I attended law school. I was able to witness firsthand Dayne’s genuine compassion for his clients, his deep knowledge of criminal law and procedure, and his ability to communicate astute legal arguments in a courtroom. But what impressed me most about Dayne was that he had the same passion and drive to achieve the best possible result for each and every one of his clients, no matter the circumstances. I met Mr. Phillips during a very difficult time in my life pertaining a criminal matter. I obtained him as my lawyer and during our first conversation he stated to me our relationship has to be built on trust. Not only did he hold his word of fighting till the end for me he got my case dismissed. I'm a very real person(African American Male) I understand it's hard to find a legit lawyer now of days. Not only is he affordable but he is legit when it comes to his word and work.

I was referred to Dayne and retained him immediately. Dayne not only got the job done in a very short amount of time (old attorney had been dragging it out for 3+ years), he went on to go above any beyond any of my expectations.
