Dayne is one of the best criminal defense lawyers around. I am a criminal defense lawyer myself and know what I am talking about. Dayne is top notch.

When I was in law school, I spent a summer interning in a office where Dayne practiced at the time. I worked directly with him on a number of matters, and I saw firsthand the dedication that he brings to his work of defending people accused of crimes. Dayne's approach is client-centered: he'll do everything that he legally and ethically can to obtain the best results for his clients. While the government may outspend Dayne, the government will never outwork or outthink him. If I, or one of my friends or family members, were accused of a crime in South Carolina, I would not hesitate for a moment retaining or recommending Dayne. I have known Dayne for a number of years through the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
