As a Community Association Manager I have worked with MTB for over 5 years both with Home Owner Association issues and Architectural Review issues and litigation. I find them to be responsive and very professional. Anytime I have needed their support in meetings or litigation they have been present, well informed and extremely supportive of the tasks at hand. McCabe, Trotter and Beverly, PC is an awesome company with a difficult job to fill. It is never a pleasant thought to handle debt collection however it is essential for Homeowners Associations, in order to continue to maintain the facilities and grounds that they are responsible for within the subdivision. Owners should do research of subdivisions prior to purchasing to completely understand what they are agreeing to and the financial obligation that they will have to the homeowners association. Payment of required dues/assessments to your homeowners association in a timely manner will prevent collection actions by McCabe, Trotter and Beverly, PC. McCabe, Trotter and Beverly, PC are very professional and are tasked with a difficult job that very rarely makes debtors happy. Unfortunately due to a lack of research and understanding many homeowners are turned over for collection. Due to current restraints placed on homeowners associations this is commonly the only collection option that they have.

My family and I purchased a home just over three years ago. We were forced to seek an attorney to represent us in bringing a suit, for multiple reasons against the seller, because of a non- disclosure. We paid over listing price for a home that we were engulfed in problems literally from the first day(issues and inspection would not uncover). This legal firm is the most professional and honest group I have ever dealt with. No detail is overlooked and every person is courteous and thorough in providing information. No “shooting from the hip” here. They have worked diligently on our group’s case to get the best result possible. All billable hours have been productive and useful in some way to our case. They have redefined the title “attorney” for me.

A real joke in the legal field, and while they follow the law, they are unethic about it. But South Carolina doesn't care about morals and ethics, so why should the lawyer?

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I called to try and ask why I'm being hit with lawyer fees the young lady was so rude to me and tried to flip it on me like I had an attitude because I was asking a question. She clearly was the one with the attitude. She didn't try to hear me out or anything. I told her that I never got a notice in the mail but she didn't really seem to care. All she wanted was that money. This scam of a lawyers office needs to be shut down.
