This place is a joke!!!! I had a debt of $500. They served me papers to go court over $500...... they are rude and I truly don’t even want to work with such an awful company. This is my married name, so please don’t say you don’t have record of me because you do and it’s under my maiden name!

They were easy to work with, and once I paid it off, Earl B. went out of his way to get a few extra documents taken care of for me. A+++

This place is a joke! All of the representatives are rude, and disrespectful. They are trained to lie! The firm Placed a judgement against me for a credit card account opened in 2017 (how ridiculous). The account was settled for $1200 on 4/6/2022. These people have yet to send proper documentation to the courts to show settled. Called today and Kay Robinton informed me that she’s not sure how long the process could take to update the courts and the credit bureau. But, the judgement was faxed to the courts instantly. Notify the courts, so I can be DONE with your shady law firm! & don’t dare reply with I’m not a client! Because I am; my last name has changed!

They never answer the phone, it's difficult to make payments when you can't speak to someone and the voice prompts don't allow you to use your social to look up your account. Ridiculous.

I have been calling for over a week and have left numerous messages and nobody has called me back. Jan. 20, 2022 I have called and have been hung up on twice and they never said hi hello.. I'm actually on hold right now 4:48 pm and all I want to know is my balance... She would not tell me her name and all I want is to talk to a human.Now I'm getting sent to another voicemail. I guess they don't like doing there job, and they are getting my money every month.

Low life collection attorneys. They are the ambulance chasers of the collection world. They pick up ancient debt that has been written off years ago then extort money from people. These attorneys have clearly sold their souls for money. Its also funny how every poor review they get has a computer generated response stating the reviewer it's a client.

Couldn't even manage to serve papers on a case they opened against me that's beyond the statute of limitations and would have been dismissed anyway. 10/10 would recommend being sued by these guys if your a debtor.

I notice by looking at the reviews that the ones that are singing your praises and giving you 5 stars you are claiming them as a client, but the ones that give you 3 stars or below and a bad review you do not claim them as a client. Doesn't make me want to do business with you so don't count on it.
