They are low life debt collectors. My reason for saying this is that are in the process of harassing me for a debt the is over 8 years old and no longer on my credit report. Actions they have threatened me with violate both state and federal consumer laws. Don’t seem like a really trust worthy firm.

This firm is handling a collection debt that we have from 12 years ago when my husband and father in law were both in the process of having a kidney transplant. The amount that they are requesting is 70% interest from the true debt that we owe. We offered half to settle this debt. I have never met anyone so hard to work with. There is not a company out there that I know of that after 12 years will not work with you to help pay off an old debt. Most people after 12 years aren't going to attempt to give you a dime. We are trying to pay off this debt and they still refuse to budge. Someone please tell me how that makes any sense for you or your client.

Came in, filled out paperwork, told me in 1 month I will start paying them. Nothing in mail to fill out or where to send it. Called and left messages. So far 3 day later and no call back and still nothing in mail.
