The harden team made my experience a very easy one in the midst of all the chaos. Billy was always fast to respond and was very upfront about what the process would look like from step one. He was right every step of the way and helped reassure me along the way.

I am so grateful to Ms. Thompson for getting me through my divorce. She patiently listened, explained and guided me through all the steps I needed to take. Her approach is straightforward and to-the-point which gave me confidence that she was going to do the best for me and she did. The support staff at the Baxter Law Firm are an asset to her and I highly recommend Ms Thompson as the lawyer to represent you.

Great place to go get professional help. I didn't know.what the process would go like in getting a divorce, they bring me in taught me the process an made sure I ws comfortable in making all the right decisions. I went there needing a lawyer, but I left feeling like I was apart of the Harden Law Family. That's a million times over!!!!!!

I chose Harden Law Firm because of Hadley's accolades. When I made an appointment I requested Hayley. This was in early March and set an appointment to meet the 2nd week of March. When I arrived I was introduced to Billy Hardin the husband. When I told him I had the appointment with Hayley he didn't say why I got him. Thinking they were a team I went to Founders credit Union to get a loan of 5000. as suggested by Billy. The flat fee seemed an affordable way to go. Beware to remember it is nonrefundable, any of it. Since the Corona virus was gaining a foothold a hearing wasn't set until July 1st of 2020, we filed in early May. To incur no further charges email and talking to Diane in their office, who is wonderful, was my only means of communication. Being semi retired and 68 years old I needed financual maintenance from my gainfully employed husband. In the interim time I assumed that Billy was preparing for my hearing. Not so much, no financial records had been requested from the other attorney nor had I been told what financial records I needed to supply. At my insistance the other attorney was forthcoming in providing some of my husband's records. We now are less than a month out from the July 1st hearing and I'm anxious to know what I might expect in financial maintenance. Never being divorced before I wrongly assumed that alimony/maintenance was equitable and in half a dozen text inquiring to an amount I might receive he never enlightened me. He called me at my request and when I said that he told me South Carolina was an equal state he said he never said that and said I was lying. I remembered it well and when I tried to talk he got louder. He wouldn't let me say anything so I told him to shut up for a minute! His response was: shut up, shut up, shut up. I hung up several times as he kept calling back. We had a heated aurgument and he said he would no longer represent me and I would not get any part of my 5000. back. He also said he would take me to court if I didn't sign to release him at my expense. I initially signed writting it was under duress which ticked him off and he threatened to take me to court again. I realize this is long, sorry but do beware of Billy. I found he lied to me at least once. Further I was told that the reason I didn't get Haley is because she was homeschooling their child. Hard to believe because in early March the schools hadn't closed yet. She also must not have been homeschooling before or how could she be scheduled to meet with me?

I'm so grateful for Billy and his team at Harden Law, and I can't imagine being happier with the outcome of my case. There is no other firm I would recommend, and should I ever need family law support again they'll be my first call. Thank you, Billy, Diane, and Teri (and also Haley) for your support with my divorce!

Christina was great during my divorce proceedings. She doesn't sugar coat and tells everything like it is which is what I like. It was a stressful time and when you arrive to her broken, you leave a new person and feeling sense of achievement. The top prioirty was for me to get the equal time with my son and that was a success. Highly recommend for legal representation!

Chris helped my husband through a nasty custody case with his ex. She was very careful to always tell us what to expect and never just what we wanted to hear. She was realistic and firm in what she needed from us so she could deliver the best outcome for us. I have always highly recommended Chris and will continue to do so.
