David Martin was an excellent attorney that was easy to get in touch with. He treated me as if I was his only client. He answered all text, e-mails and phone calls promptly. I would recommend him to all my friends or anybody who asked for a professional attorney.

I was extremely pleased with David and his paralegal Selena. Between being a single parent and running a company, I had no free time to even think about what needed to be done and David recognized that and handled everything in such a timely, professional manner. Selena was always quick to answer any questions that I had (even if it was a call from me at closing hours) she never made me feel rushed. I first contacted David in the summer of 2017 when my wife had a job opportunity out of state and my children wanted to move with us. He was upfront and honest about the challenges and developed a way forward that balanced my desire to maintain an amicable relationship with the children’s mother and still allow us to move and take advantage of the many opportunities for the kids. Within several weeks of retaining David, he negotiated a temporary custody agreement that allowed me to move with my children and start a new life. I could not have asked for a more supportive and understanding lawyer to represent me. At every stage of the negotiation, David replied to my many inquiries and stressed out calls in a timely manner, re-assuring me that the best interest of the children were always foremost in our negotiation. There were many complicated issues with the move and opposing counsel but David was able to handle each challenge very skillfully. A year later, the children are thriving in our new home both in school and extracurricular activities. David negotiated the final custody and support agreement as the school year wound down only to face numerous challenges including working with the courts to serve notices, guiding me through a difficult mediation, and ultimately negotiating a settlement without having to take the issue to a full trial.
