From the 1st initial telephone call to the attorney’s office to the finalization of the settlement. This experience has been a great one. A special shout out to Monique who always was available to answer my questions. If I left her a message, she returned my call and gave me updates. She never felt like I was “bothering” her. She was always very professional. Such a great personality. I know the Law Firm is blessed to have her on their team.
