While working out of town I ran into a situation that John Bateman and Scotty Robertson helped me through from start to end. I was pulled over for a DUI and knew no one from the area. I then found John's website and took a shot in the dark with a call to his office. I work six days a week and very busy but they made it a easy experience for me to continue my daily life. In the end we came out with the resolution that I prayed for and I can't say how much I appreciate the Bateman Law Firm. If you need help they are awesome.

John Bateman was representing me in a DUI case. First, I thought it was strange that he informed me at the last minute that my doctor (who was supposed to testify on my behalf) would not be taking the stand based on Mr. Bateman’s suggestion. This was totally inconsistent with our plan through out the months preceding the trial ( I was excluded from this last minute decision, literally! Talk about a curve ball), but don’t worry Mr. Bateman topped it all when he invited the arresting officer (Gene Clark) to lunch with him during the recess. Imagine my surprise to hear my legal representative attempt to arrange lunch plans with my arresting officer during the courts recess as if they were buddies. Don’t waste your money, he definitely was not fighting on my behalf. If you decide to go with John Bateman don’t be surprised if he appears to be a little too friendly with the arresting officer. What a waste of money!

However, received a call on a Friday two weeks later with news that no one would expect (completely in my favor). The process was simple by making an appointment (do not forget to bring all paperwork with you as it is important to begin case), meant with two of the finest attorneys, discussed all, was given a packet and explained the entire process including driving privileges. There going forward, Bateman Law Firm took care of all, including mailing all documents overnight to have your license restored/restricted (get you back on road driving).

I found Mr. Bateman after getting charged with a DUI. It was a very weird case and my first time ever needing an attorney. Even though I do not reside in South Carolina, he made sure to always keep me in the loop with the entire process. He also assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me the best result possible. Through his hard work and due diligence my charged was significantly reduced.
