Matt McCord has been the most helpful and incredible Real Estate attorney I could have ever asked for. I am a major investor in real estate and need an attorney that can do a multitude of unique and complex deals. There has not been a single thing that he has not been able to work with me on. I have been using Matt exclusively for the last year and a half; I honestly can not recommend him enough as the most competent and trustworthy attorney I have ever worked with. Even when he does not agree with the exact way you may want to organize a contract or deal, he will still go out of his way to make sure that you are protected to the best of his ability. He has NEVER under performed nor under delivered, nor has he ever given me a non-accurate review on his title work. I had a meeting with McCord law firm to talk about product liability as a start up. I thought this was a good law firm as recommendations on FB were good and the firm advertises they do start-up consultation as well. Unfortunately I left with a bad feeling - the attorney was opinionated, unappreciative and I did not feel comfortable as I had the feeling he is not taking me seriously. If you are seeking legal advise as a start-up I recommend seeing an expert in this field, not a generalist. You don‘t want to meet with someone who has a general negative vibe and is very blunt.

Matt is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and is very direct about what you need- which I really appreciate. Katie is also amazing and super responsive to any questions I have about the process along the way. I highly recommend the Mccord law firm to anyone!
