When I started investing, with little money or experience, the McCord Firm still treated me like a valuable client—which is well more than I can say for the other two firms I started with. They work quickly, set reasonable expectations, and follow through professionally. They give great advice from the legal perspective and are invaluable members of my team. I couldn’t do what I do without them.

Matt and Katie are the best! They have helped me with a handful of closings, as a buyer and a seller, over the past 3 years, and I am always impressed by their thoroughness and responsiveness. Wish I could give negative stars. I would strongly advise finding a different lawyers office. Extremely poor communication and not all all professional. Probably the rudest and most unlrofessional any business has never treated me.

My partner and I left this practice today after a consultation on general contractor agreement enforcement, the viability of AirBnB arbitrage in Greenville, and the tax deferment process of 1031 exchanges on an upcoming sale in Charleston, SC. Katie was prompt and professional in scheduling our meeting as well as following up throughout the waiting period, and Matt was an absolute savant during our consultation. He answered every question and concerned I had (and THEN some!) with precision and accuracy. The office feels historic, homey, and smells amazing. Definitely recommend anyone in the area choose this Real Estate law firm over any other! Simply awesome experience!!
