Blaine Brandon was great.

I really just wanted to do everything under the other party's insurance vs. filing a lawsuit thinking it would take too much time and work. I am actually glad I went through George Sink's Law Firm! All I needed to do was go to the doctor, the rest was handled by my Legal Assistant, who not to mention is the SWEETEST person on Earth! She made sure I was well taken care of and got better! This wasn't customer service that was offered, it was Passion & Empathy! I highly recommend this Law Firm!! Thank y'all for everything :)

Everyone should call George Sink! The customer service that I received was phenomenal. Richard Stewart and his paralegal, Christine O’Connor, are a wonderful team. My emails were always responded to within a timely manner and my phone calls never went unanswered. Christine would always call me and let me know the status of my case and what to expect next. As soon as I was released from the last and final doctor, I was impressed when I was informed by Christine that she had obtained all medical records from the previous doctors; instead of waiting to request all the records from all those different doctors at once. I commend Christine for her honesty, throughout my case. If it was something she was unsure of, she found the answer! And not only that…she and Mr. Stewart produced results, even when the at-fault driver refused to accept liability. Now, I admit... I was hesitant in dealing with another attorney due to my experiences with others; however, I can say that The Sink Law Firm has exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Yes this is linda blanton I was in a accident on the 21 of March in the morning time around 8:45 and for three day I have been trying to get a Rental car it was not my falt and my Inc told me that i dont pay for anything out of my pocket and there telling me tha i do and i really think i need some help

After several attempts to reach attorney, paralegal, left message. At this point I'm frustrated concerning status of case,needing to go with another attorney to finish my valid case.

Updated: Never realized how much lawyers lie to you until we get mixed up with this firm after a girl totals our car. 8 months later and several lies and numerous non responded emails. We are about to receive our check for the grand total of 2 grand... we lost an unborn child because of this accident, not counting at least 30 trips to the doctor. They tell us in july that in 4 to 6 weeks it will be resolved. Well here it is the very end of October and they just got back with us after ignoring emails for 3 months. Last week they say it will be over this week. Well to no surprise still no word. On top of all that they send a guy out for our initial consultation named "spanky" and this guy was joking about being on meth because it is better than redbull... and was joking about him and his brothers breaking into homes while he was younger the whole time he was IN OUR HOUSE, AROUND OUR KIDS! Its definitely a waste of time using this firm if you plan on getting anything back for the pain and suffering that someone totals your car causes. We were 9 months from paying our nice car off and i had just sunk several hundred dollars in making the car perfect. The car gets totaled by a careless teen who was texting on her phone, then we only get 1400 for a new car... really 1400???? So now our car is an absolute piece of junk because we had to get the first car we looked at because it took 2 and a half weeks after the rental was due back to get a check for the car... people have to work and need their vehicle asap. Not whenever you can get away from the desk... Our review is that this firm is terrible. Im aware that there are good people working there, but there are also a bunch of slack there from the people representing us that is gonna keep ruining peoples experience with the firm. Another tip.. get rid of the meth head you send to peoples homes Re: Erin Morgan is the name. And still another week has passed with no return call or explanation as to why we're getting the same thing the insurance company offered us 8 months ago befire we decided to get a lawyer. He said 2 weeks ago we will have money in hand within the next week. Last week went by without a call or email. This has been a horrible situation that we have been out in because of that accident Update. We finally received a call. Now he says they are only gonna get 1500 for us?? So it went from 2000 to 1500 in 2 weeks,and still didnt say when we're getting it. I feel like someone is pocketing the money, especially if the insurance offered us more to begin with. This is the worst experience with any kind of lawyer i have ever had!! There is a crook working for you! This is absolutely absurd!

Not happy at this point. The Attorney I was assigned is not my favorite. Between him and the paralegal they can't get it together, not on the same page. Tried settling before getting all medical bills worked out. He isn't very concerned about anything. The guy literally tries to jump on the first offer that comes along, not willing to fight. I understand wanting to rush me and get a quick settlement but at least be fair to your clients. I have to get him angry with me to get him to give any type of fight. At this point ive almost given up. I wish I had never called George Sink and his Associates. With all the problems and nearly 40k in dr bills, for us to get so little. In fact the attorney it's getting more than we are, and he's had no suffering. Only made a few phone calls. He hasn't shown any compassion. I'm so upset and don't know what to do except write this review. Wish I had gotten George, or just called Joel Bieber, Allen Clardy. Will update if anything changes but the way it's looking nothing is going to.

I like the professional contact from Victoria n her assistant. They show so much care n concern about my health, it alone speaks VOLUME. I would highly recommend George Sink law firm to my family n colleagues. I know my pay off from the wreck would be in the best of the law firm interest.
