Cogdill Law Firm performed our house closing (though we did not choose them as the buyer chose the closing attornye) which went pretty quickly and without issue. Their office is a bit small and feels a lot like a funeral parlor upon first entering, but the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend again for a closing. mortgage

It took repeated attempts to fix a mistake they made on our closing. After several months we finally received the refund but this was after weeks and weeks of calling and getting a new excuse every single time. I will not use them and would not recommend them to others.
