Superb service by entire staff and esp Atty Cogdill. Excellent knowledge, assuring counsel, efficient and expedient closing process. Cogdill staff well organized, well informed, quite courteous ( as if you are a valued client or customer ! ) and they respond to any inquiries quickly, yes, even during this virus challenge ! We have had pleasure of closing on new home purchases & refi over couple decades and experience has always far exceeded our previous experiences with other RE firms!
