Thorough, professional and friendly

Chris Cogdill and his staff provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to my purchase. Mr. Cogdill’s attitude to the work saved me money at closing, it also helped me to avoid other problems a potential home buyer cannot foresee. Normally, we don’t even think about such situations ahead, fortunately with Mr. Cogdill’s experience and knowledge he knows them all and could foresee them. He is experienced enough to prevent them, and to give you the right advice (on time) before you make any final decisions. My advice to any potential homebuyer remains the same: If you decide to buy any property, go see Chris Cogdill at the Cogdill Law office, he takes care of his clients.

Very nice, convenient location and great attorney

I have closed 100’s of loans over the years with this firm. If there was ever a problem with getting the transaction closed, you would have never known it. Professionalism at its finest.
