This attorney decided to represent a church in discussions with me regarding employment matter beyond his scope and level of expertise and practice area. As a general rule, an attorney should stick to his/her area of expertise. Apparently, this does not apply to Mr. Frasier. Maybe he is good for real estate closings and construction disputes. However, in this case he decided to bite more than he can chew.

I have relied on Denny Fraser's expert council on many a legal quandary over the years. I have found Denny to be remarkably knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient throughout. He listens and always provides rock solid advice. I highly recommend him.

I went to Denny Fraser to prepare my will and other estate documents and am very pleased. He is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgable and helped me understand what I needed and why. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and guided me through the whole process. The documents were provided in a nice binder with all the originals, a copy of every document, and everything on a thumb drive that made it easy for me to send the appropriate documents electronically to the people who needed them. I am glad I chose him to provide this service.

We hired this law office for a real estate closing, but the closing was uneventful. After paying the retainer fee at the beginning of the process, our earnest money was refunded with over $400 in deductions for fees that either made no sense or for things we’ve already paid out of pocket for. These fees were not discussed with us at any time. After asking for 3 days for an invoice, we finally received one that wasn’t even line by line itemized. I would not recommend this firm.

Denny is amazing. My father unfortunately passed last year in South Carolina without a will. As a New Yorker who has never been to South Carolina let alone hire a lawyer this was a nightmare. A neighbor of my fathers recommended Denny when I was down there and I can not recommend using his services enough. Not only did he lay out exactly what I needed to do but his prices were very reasonable, he was easy to talk to and always got back to me on any crazy question I had. He was also able to help us with the legal work on the sale of my fathers house and I am about to finally close his estate. The process was not easy and I had to deal with a lot of problems but Denny was never one of them and always helped me navigate these tricky situations. Once again, thank you Denny.

I am always pleased when dealing with Mr. Fraser. He provided my husband and me with our trust and other documents that accompany it. We never felt rushed in our meetings. His prices are fair and just for the work done. I met with him again to obtain advise following my mothers passing. I highly recommend his services. He won't disappoint.
