Not only is Denny Fraser our expert real estate lawyer and estate/trust planner, but my husband and I discovered he is a fantastic and humorous writer! We read Denny’s book chronicling in an honest and humble style his major change in careers that necessitated his entering law school at 50 years old! What a commitment to commute weekly to USC from Hilton Head and face being back in school, but this time around with students 20-25 years younger, which is challenging on so many levels. Read “Law School at 50” then buy more books to share with your friends! I think I have given away ten of them. Also, I highly recommend him as a sharp legal mind to help you navigate complicated and sometimes stressful issues with a professional, yet relaxed approach that makes the process almost fun!

I called them to get a Timeshare Deed transferred-I can't even begin to tell you how poor their service was-I spent additional $ to overnight to them ($56) and then they just let paperwork sit-each time I needed something done the paperwork was just sitting.....then the Deed had the incorrect name for my daughter and they forgot to correct before filing-we are now in the process of correcting-I spent $560 dollars on a process that has taken 2 months and has been like pulling teeth with multiple phone calls etc.All of this to get a name change on a deed-unbelievable! Would never recommend these people.
