We live in Atlanta. We needed a local attorney for the purchase of a Hilton Head condo, and were fortunate to find the Fraser Law Firm. Mr. Fraser and his staff were outstanding and helped us through our search process all the way through closing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I have Gone to Mr. Fraser numerous times and have gotten the best advice anyone could give. He has saved me thousands and many hours of aggravation. He cares about you first and his pocket second. Not to many Lawyers are like that!

Denny Fraser handled my closing recently. His staff worked with my lender to make the closing very smooth. He was thorough and professional. During the closing we chatted a bit about other things. Through these conversations I could tell he is a moral and ethical man. I'd do business with him again.

Denny Fraser recently handled our closing for a new home we purchased on Hilton Head Island. This was the third time we used him for his legal expertise. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our closing ran into a couple of last minute obstacles and Denny jumped right in (even after the office had closed for the day) to help resolve the issues and finalize the sale. My husband and I recently closed on a condo in Hilton Head and we had the good fortune to have the Fraser Law Firm as our closing attorney. Throughout our married life, we have closed on 6 homes and undoubtedly, this was the most enjoyable closing we’ve experienced. We complicated things by living in Georgia while the condo was located in South Carolina. No undue problems were created for Denny and his staff due to the geography of the two different states. Denny and his crew were very professional and kept us informed about what we needed to do every step of the way. When the closing day arrived, we added the over-sized complication of having our dog with us. Lady is a Saint Bernard, and because of the super warm weather, we couldn’t leave her in the car while we signed papers. No problem for Denny. He insisted we bring the dog inside!! That was so kind and accommodating, we could hardly believe it! Denny is a good lawyer and explained things to us in language we could understand. And through all that, he also entertained us with humorous stories about his life and family. He is very laid back, not the usual stereotypical stuffy lawyer, which put us at ease and made a potentially stressful closing a very pleasant experience. My husband and I highly recommend the Fraser Law Firm as a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly law firm with which to have real estate dealings.

Great Person.

My wife and I visited The Fraser Law Firm to update our living will and our Last Will and Testaments. The process was well-explained, clearly outlined and done so comfortably. Denny went over all the questions and points of major concern that we should focus on and laid out the process and time line. It was never rushed and always open for q&a and discussion. We were never rushed. Denny told us he would contact us when the documents were ready the following week and he was right on time. All signatures completed and we were supposed to come back the following day after filing. We did so and received all our documents in a nice binder. It was so professionally done and nothing Like the hassle and time burden we expected It to be. Denny was great. He makes you feel very comfortable with potentially difficult discussions. In fact I have never been so comfortable in talking about my own personal demise!! Now that we realize it is so easy, we look forward to seeing him on and annual basis to review and be sure there are no updates needed by my wife or myself.

I am at a loss as to where to begin. My experience was 100% positive. The final outcome in the sale of a home and the desolveing of a partnership could have gone awry at any moment. Mr. Frasier truly cares about the person....he offers legal advice guided by conflict resolution. He coached and mediated with me through what could of been a financial nightmare. With his help I was able to achieve an equible outcome in a very challenging partnership. I reached out to Mr. Fraiser preparing for a lengthy law suit with legal counsel. He was able to direct me legally, help me create the needed resolution, stay on task and gain a solution in a very stressful time.
