The woman in the front office that answers the phones is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I was under the impression that they were a different law firm than what they are and when she corrected me she was very snobby about it and it felt like she was belittling me. I even had to tell her information that she gave me wasn’t at all true she just misconstrued it into something it wasn’t.

Murphy-Very poor work ethic. Went through 3 paralegals in 4 months. Retained him, he was out of the office for over a month without letting clients know. I called and called “ he is not in the office” finally was told would be out several more weeks. No one covers while he is out repeatedly. Uses his reserves as an excuse to provide poor service to clients. He held onto a case for almost a year blowing through $$$ with only making copies and mailings etc. He did no research, no actual legal work. He cannot stay focused, he can’t even find a pen or pencil in his office . You cannot reach him once he gets your money unless you stop by the office unexpectedly. Formal Bar Assoc. complaint pending.

Mike knows his stuff you just have to wait sometimes for things to make a turn in your favor
