Didn't cover what I needed but did help direct me in right direction

I originally filed my SSD case in January 2013. I, of course, was denied so my attorney referred me over to Ms. Whitten and her team for the appeals process. I interviewed with her(my hubby was present as well) and she agreed to take my case. There was a lot of paperwork to do and much info needing to be gathered. Her staff worked with me every step of the way. My case was a difficult one but she never gave up. She followed through and kept me in the loop via her staff. Any time I called or emailed, the staff was friendly and courteous. Long story short, I was finally approved for Social Security Disability in Sept 2021. That's 8 1/2 years. Ms. Whitten fought for my case. She persevered through it all and never waivered. I highly recommend Ms. Whitten and her team. I would not have received my benefits without them. I cannot thank them enough.

I never really felt like a client, more like an inconvenience. Anytime I would call to ask if they needed anything else from me, doctor wise, they would get upset and tell me, " WE WILL CALL YOU!" And after almost 2 years of waiting, they dropped me 2 WEEKS before my disability hearing because they didn't like the judge we would have to face. So naturally, I got turned down and I've been drowning in medical debt ever since because of my condition:(

I would like to thank Bea Whitten and her staff for all of their hard work on my disability case. It's been a long 5 years and I don't know what I would have done without them. The staff has always been kind and supportive and Bea is a professional badass ! There are certain judges in the system that are prodenial regardless of the evidence. Bea fought for me and WON! I highly recommend this Disability Attorney and her wonderful staff!

This is worst law firm I have ever came across. Please save your time !!!! A Bad lawfirm does not get you a victory.
