I called this law firm to help me with a custody case involving my son's deceased father and his girlfriend who is trying to gain custody of my child. The person I spoke to was very abrasive, rude, and condescending. I spoke to him on the details surrounding my case, and his EXACT comments to me were: "You left your son in the care of his father" "Are you an expert in abuse?" "The courts don't care about XYZ." That is not the proper way to talk to a potential client. Also had the NERVE to charge me a $7500 retainer just to continue the conversation. I know for a fact lawyers give astronomical prices when they think you don't have the money and they don't want to deal with the case. That is an ethics violation. They don't even know my financial situation.

I never got a call back

I couldn't be more pleased with this law firm. I shopped around to find the perfect lawyer to meet my needs. I wanted to find someone who could give me a voice when I felt like I didn't have one and back me up when I was feeling weak, all while completing the divorce process as peacefully as possible. Andrew Brener was able to do just that. He and his paralegal, Diane, are a power team. She kept me on task keeping all my documents up to date. She was quick to answer any questions I had and if she couldn't, she was setting up time to speak with Andrew. Andrew saved me time and money by showing up to each meeting thoroughly prepared. They treated me like I was their most important client. I imagine they treat everyone that way.

The office was very professional and plesant and Attorney Peck was a delight to speak with you so i highly recommend them

I scheduled a phone consultation a week prior then no phone call. When I called the office to discuss the matter she said they would shortly get back to me. Not one employee at the establishment has reached out. These are very critical personal matters that I guess aren’t that important to them. Disgusted. Shame on you
