Attorney Partain did mediation for me & my spouse to avoid litigation & unnecessary expense. She was extremely pleasant yet knew her job very well. As a former paralegal myself, I am very well versed in a legal atmosphere and The Peck Firm did their job well. Her & her staff were extremely professional & followed SC ADR guidelines as required by SC certified mediators. With Attorney Partains’s help, we came to full resolution & our agreement was signed that day and filed the following day with the Clerk of Court. I Highly recommend this firm.

Mr Ken Peck was an absolute true professional. I live in the Fort Mill SC area and he kindly explained that he does not represent clients in my area. He gave me free legal advice regarding my marriage's separation and potential divorce. I would gladly call him again if I had major concerns regarding my legal family matters. Once again.
