I went to Scott, as a client for a closing but when l left l also left with a very dear friend. We talked client to lawyer but we also talked like we were the best of friends. His staff is amazing very friendly. Scott went through and explained everything we were doing and offered me the best option to receive my money. I had a wonderful experience buying my first home with Scott as my lawyer. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, and walked me through the signing process at my closing. I have never personally had to use a lawyer before in my life and didn’t exactly know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! Thanks again to Scott and his team.

Good vibes greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Prior to my closing date I was led step by step through the settlement process and was given explicit, secure instructions about wiring the funds. Attorney Umstead was a delight. He created a comfortable atmosphere and was very “down to earth”. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions and provided me with valuable information regarding property taxes. Everyone in the office was warm which prevented me from feeling anxious. I am planning to return here in the near future for another transaction and would highly recommend the same to anyone who would enjoy a pleasant experience.

This law firm is the absolute BEST- They truly care for their clients. We used this law firm to handle a recent sale that 4 people were on the deed - my mother was not feeling well - They rescheduled a time sensitive transaction the day before closing - not only did they reassure me that it will work out - they even allowed my mom who was still under the weather to stay in the cool car - they went out to the vehicle and did the paperwork for my mom to close the deal - the went above and beyond assisting us - Scott, Karen, Ashley, and Patty ( and whomever else is behind the scenes) truly are the Best! I highly recommend this law firm - they did an outstanding job the entire process -there wasn’t a time I didn’t feel I wasn’t been communicated with. They addressed my situation with the utmost care and concern - and even called a few days later to see how my mom was feeling ! They’re rockstars!!!

This Firm wrote the book on Customer Service. Every single person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. If I had any questions they listened and answered until I understood.
