For our recent condo purchase in North Myrtle Beach Scott Umstead law office was the perfect fit. They took the time to explain every step to us. Considering we were mostly working from out of town their responsiveness was amazing. Closing went exactly as they said it would with no surprises. Some of the most courteous individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you use them, you we will extremely pleased with their service.

Scott Umstead has successfully assembled the Dream Team. All of these people are fabulous…. Scott, Leighann, Kim, Tara, Michelle and even Joe. I am an “old school guy” that is impressed with honesty, integerity, professionalism, and responsiveness. And this team delivers. While so many attorneys in the Myrtle Beach area spend lots of money on marketing and self promotion. This team needs no self promotion, for thier work speaks for itself. I will direct all future legal needs to this office.

Scott and his team were amazing! As a first time home buyer, everything was new and very confusing. Scott did a wonderful job going over everything and explaining in detail what it meant. His office made us feel very welcome and valued our opinions. With all the struggles we faced from the mortgage company and underwriters, they were still able to get everything done so we could close quickly. I’ve used many attorneys and have never used the same one again.. until now! I actually left an attorney for this particular closing for Scott and I couldn’t be happier. First of this wasn’t ran as a revolving door as most closing attorneys are. Time and care was taken with Scott and his staff was pleasant. At first notice entering you’ll see this isn’t a run of the mill law office decor and there’s a reason for that. Not only was it impressive in and of itself but you’ll understand the unique taste and care for detail when you meet Scott’s brilliant mind, and it will all make sense.
