This was the first time using Scott Umstead as our attorney for our condo closing and was amazed at how efficient and prompt they were. It was the simplest closing we have ever had. All paperwork and instructions were provided before the actual closing so if we had any questions or discrepancies we could reach out to discuss. Mr. Umstead was also accommodating to my work schedule and we were in and out of the office in record time. Would highly recommend them for your legal needs.

Closing with Scott was a delight. He was very thorough and professional. We sold a condo we had for 24 years and he reassured us we were making the right decision. Closing on a property can be stressful, but Scott and his team made it seamless and we sincerely appreciate their professionalism and effort. From the beginning, we were given instructions on what to expect and they communicated every step of the way. They were particularly careful with the wiring process to ensure our funds were protected. At the closing meeting Scott was very personable and helpful. He patiently answered our questions and we plan to use his office again, if the need arises. I highly recommend Scott and his team!
