This is the third time that I have used Scott Umstead's office for a mortgage closing. Scott has a great staff who keep you up to date on the progress of your mortgage from start to finish. I would highly recommend Scott Umstead, P.A. to anyone who needs an excellent attorney!!

All the staff were helpful throughout the process explaining every step to make the transaction painless. Scott was very personable and my daughter believes he should be a interior designer with the vibe of the office that he designed. Joe, the dog came in at the end to seal the deal and make sure Scott did his job well. We had a nice experience with everyone being professional, efficient and personable.
