We only had a very few minutes of "wait time" when we arrived, even though we were a few minutes early. Very soon, Scott and his "shadow" Joe, the dog, greeted us and we were welcomed into Scott"s office. Scott immediately made us feel at ease and a bit of "small talk" ensued before the actual "closing" took place. In a matter of minutes, we were finished and I had a couple of questions about how hurricane Matthew "clean up" at Bay Watch was handled and billed. Scott informed me that several suits against Resort Association Management and Interstate Remediation had been filed and he was kind enough to tell me how to pursue my claim against the above parties.
