I've been using Grand Strand since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. They've handled 11 real estate closings, the formation of my LLC and my wife's LLC and countless deed changes for me in that time. Some of my closings have been extremely complicated and almost all of them have been conducted from across the country, but it was always a smooth process. I cannot say enough good things about the GSLG crew. HIGHLY recommend!

They did a great job with my parents estate planning, but now that they both have passed and i need help with the documents they arent responsive at all. Not even a return note to say "we cant help" There are even documents with the trust that obligate them to provide assistance. Dont expect help when you need it.
