This was our first closing with Grand Strand Law Group and it was great! I have been a Real Estate agent for over 30 years and was completely satisfied with the communication and professionalism of everyone we dealt with. We will certainly be using them in the future!!

Such a great experience! Everyone was so pleasant and highly devoted to making sure we understood everything. The service they provide is definitely next level! Tammy, Jamie and Casey were all AMAZING!

All members of our the team we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, prompt with responses to any issue and very friendly! We will be using them for other services and would highly recommend them to others!

Edit: rather than making the situation right for the customer, they told half truths in their response and refuse to take ownership for their numerous errors. Let's address these half truths: 1) "I invited you to speak directly with me regarding this" yet they never responded to my message and never returned a call. 2) "you continue to contact the assistant" because she's the only one who responds. 3) I am not arguing she's not capable of her role. I am stating NO ONE asked for my lease requirements that had a bunch of incorrect information that I and my TENANTS lawyer had to find and correct. Because I never got a lawyer to actually write my lease. I was given a generic lease full of incorrect info and assumptions. Dates were wrong, what's included was wrong, missing sections, etc. This was not the responsibility of the assistant to fix. How is the assistant supposed to magically know that info when the lawyer and Paralegal never attempted to return my calls or emails to get the required info in the first place? 4) "You were offered 2 chances to speak to the lawyer" AFTER the lease was sent to the tenant and signed with multiple issues, after trying to get a call for WEEKS. I even said yes to this request and never got a single phone call. All my prior requests were IGNORED and they had the assistant just reply to emails sent to THEM. 5) "The lease included blah blah blah" No, it did not. The pet section was one of MANY incorrect sections. Again, they gave a generic lease you can print online when they stated during my initial call they will gather information and make a custom tailored lease. 6) "Inexpensive fee" many auto generated leases for FREE online that put more effort into this and actually inquire what needs to be in it. How do they justify $360 for a lease with provisions in it that not only were missing, took OVER 3 WEEKS TO CREATE, and then AFTER the lease is signed go "oh, we actually don't think section X is good to have in and puts you at risk". 7) everything was done in a timely manner" LOL it should not take over 3 weeks to get a lease created. Auto generated ones take 10 minutes and have more accurate info in it. 8) "still open to talk" yet won't respond my calls, won't call me even though I emailed I am open to it, won't make this right for the client and rather than take ownership publicly deflects and tells bs half truths rather than a simple "Hey, we screwed up. Let us make it right for you." Not to mention, I STILL DONT HAVE THE FINAL REVISION. I had to wing it myself because a house shouldn't sit on market for almost a month over a freaking simple lease. What a joke. Original review: Very disappointed with the lack of any communication from the actual lawyer. A constant game of telephone with the assistant as the middle man, that I genuinely feel bad for. Multiple emails to the Paralegal even went ignored. They just had the assistant respond to everything when she was out of her depth and couldn't assist with what was being asked. (Not her fault. They were legal questions a lawyer or Paralegal needed to answer). Expensive & do not get what was advertised... What difference a simple 5 min phone call could have made. Hundreds of dollars wasted.
