I'm so glad I chose Joye Law Firm to represent me. My case worker and lawyer were extremely professional and always returned my calls promptly. And my final settlement was way beyond my greatest expectations!

After trying to navigate through the Workman's Comp system on my own, and my limited knowledge of the system, I was at my wits end. I didn't know how much I didn't know, or what to do to get better and get back to work. I saw an ad on TV about Joye law firm, and I went to their website and filled out some info. Kayla Ashley called me in a day or 2, and immediately I felt like I was being heard, and was going to be helped. And I was! Kayla and Attorney Tommy Terrell were there for me whenever I called, explained everything to me, helped me be able to get my surgery, get my aftercare, get my settlement and got me back to work. Anyone that is going through a workman's comp claim needs to have help. I highly, highly recommend Joye Law firm, Kayla and Attorney Terrell. I am so grateful I found them!

Watch out for hidden fees. We had to email them constantly about mileage and other money we should have received. The final settlement for severe burns and loss of use of a hand was a pittance. This was a workmans comp case The only ones who made out was Joye. I should have contacted a smaller personal law firm.

They had great customer service during the entire process. They were occasionally unavailable by phone, but very responsive via email and welcomed any questions that I had about the process. They really fought for me when it came to the insurance company and I’m very appropriative of that!! (Shout out to Matt and Kate)
