I work remotely for Joye Law Firm and recently visited the Myrtle Beach office. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and professional with plenty of amenities to keep guests comfortable. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s clear they care about every client who walks through the door. The people visiting the office are going through a difficult time after being injured on the job, in a car crash, or some other difficult situation, making it incredibly important that our team delivers excellent customer service. Kayla Ashley and Matt King were wonderful handling my workers comp claim. They answered all my question and concerns and truly fought for me. I didn't have to worry about anything. Watch out for hidden fees. We had to email them constantly about mileage and other money we should have received. The final settlement for severe burns and loss of use of a hand was a pittance. This was a workmans comp case The only ones who made out was Joye. I should have contacted a smaller personal law firm.

They had great customer service during the entire process. They were occasionally unavailable by phone, but very responsive via email and welcomed any questions that I had about the process. They really fought for me when it came to the insurance company and I’m very appropriative of that!! (Shout out to Matt and Kate)
