Kayla was so awesome i couldn't believe how professional she was she was very diligent and handled things in a timely fashion which was super and John Roxon was super also from the beginning to the end which was awesome he kept me to date with every part of the case and demonstrated the up most professionalism and i would recommend this law firm to anyone.

I retained John Roxon and his assistant Kayla Ashley in January of 2016 after injuring my back at work. For over a year now they have been there for me every step of the way. A friend told me that if I was going to need surgery I needed an attorney. I know nothing about workers compensation and I didn't know anyone in the area. I read about Joye Law Firm on the internet. I called and made an appointment and to my surprise they have been everything they promised on their web sight. You can tell from the moment that you walk through the door that they are there to help you. Mr. Roxon and Ms. Ashley are the perfect team. If I have an issue they promised to get back to me within 24 or 48 hours. I don't even remember the time frame they told me but I was like yeah right. Well I was wrong. I can email and they are right back with me, sometimes within minutes and I have never waited 24 hours. If it is more that 2 hours on a business day something has gone wrong. If Mr. Roxon doesn't call himself Ms. Ashley calls. No matter who you speak with the other will follow up to ensure you have what you need. I have always in spite of knowing different felt as if I was their only client. When I contact them they remember the details of our previous conversations as if we had just spoken. This has been life changing for me and they understand. If I am upset they listen, if I face a challenge they help me to resolve it or point me in the direction of someone to help. After hurricane Matthew I lost my roof on my home they were even able to explain how to apply for assistance and how it works. Its not their job it is simply because they care. As for knowledge I don't think you can find more knowledgeable persons than Mr. Roxon or Ms. Ashley. They know what they are doing and are always prepared for the next step. They are very involved and there for you as a person. It has been a long road and we still have a way to go but I have no doubt they will be there for me until the end . After what I have experienced I will say if you are injured Run, don't walk to the phone and call Mr. Roxon and Ms. Ashley. I cant imagine going through this without them. Very pleasant, very professional. Kayla Ashley, my case manager had to contact Workmans Comp several times when I would "roll off" their payroll. John Roxon, my attorney was always happy to answer any questions and I felt worked very diligently on my behalf.
