My experience with Joye Law Firm was amazing. John was one of the best lawyers out there. His assistant Ashley Graham was also amazing. They both take time out of there day to make sure they let you know what is going on and will answer any questions you have. For a first time having a lawyer for something I am glad I chose John. Also another thing the receptionist was amazing always gave them messages when I had them. If I ever need something else I would go right back to them. For anyone that has questions about them they are the BEST to go to. They are just simply amazing. Always helpful with anything that I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. I had no problems with them at all. The best people I have met. Also always willing to talk about things or anything I needed they would help get it. Thank you so much for all you have done for me.

First off let me start with this. I got into an injury at work where I injured my spine. After 2 months of dealing directly with workers comp and my employer, I was getting no where. It was delayed medical appointments, no answers from workers comp. and completely being ignored. I was treated like a sub human. I was purposely having my medical appointments postponed, which left me with nothing but pain and being alone. I found Mr Roxon's email from the Joye Law firm here in myryle beach. He replied to me literally in minutes. We briefly discussed the details of my case, and he said he would like to sit down and get together to talk about my rights and the method of approach we can take. Soon as I walked into their office I was greeted with warm smiles, offered a beverage and made to feel at home. When I met John he immediately reckognized my Jersey I was wearing (a Washington Capitals Alex Ovechkin) and jokingly talked NHL with me. So lets just say the first impression was definitely not the stereotypical "blood sucking lawyer" he was personal, polite, and thoroughly seemed concerned with what I had going on. He easily and clearly explained the laws, and my rights. Also how his payment was structured. He warned me up front that these people live to try to make the claimants lives a living hell. His job is to defend those rights and be the barrier between me and them. I left with a new feeling of hope, feeling that I was not going to be some nobody they were going to kick around and forced to settle for subpar treatment. Through out this process there has been some really bad times. I got hurt in June 2015, today is Jan 25th 2016. In the coming months after retaining him as my lawyer (in September), workers comp has purposely "lost" or misplaced 3 work checks. Now this for anyone not being able to work is horrible. You already receive about 40% less than you made a week. Each time this happened John's employee Kayla Ashley has handled my case. She is pardon my language, a damn beast. She has not only called to find out what BS workers comp are pulling, but she will annoy them and go at them non stop to get resolutions. Workers comp then kept "not approving" procedures, and appointments, which prolonged my medical care. She was on them every day to get it done. I just finally got my surgery Jan 18th 2016. I had complications, which left me in the most horrific pain I have ever had in my life. It left me broken, beaten and humiliated as a man. Screaming from pain, sobbing, crying etc Things that have left me not the same man I was before going in. My Dr let me know that my Disc (in my spine) was giant and the biggest he had ever seen. This was a direct cause of workers comp always delaying and pushing treatments back, and turning what should of been 3 months then surgery, into 7 1/2 months then Surgery. So the prolonged time caused more damage. But while in the hospital John and Kayla both emailed me to wish me luck and to check on me. On my last day I got released, I was all ready to go then BOOM couldnt leave. Why? Workers comp wouldnt approve my walker and toilet. Both of which I HAD to have to be released. I emailed Mr Roxon even though he was out of town and it was before 8am to let him know. He immediately got ahold of Kayla before she was even in the office. She called me and said she will figure it out. 20 minutes later both were approved and on their way to be delivered. I was out 2 hours later. I have been home a few days now, suffering pretty bad. But I received flowers from Mr Roxon's office wishing me well wishes to get better. I still have a long road ahead of me in recovery and may still require another surgery or surgeries. But I find solace in knowing they are there for me whenever I need them, and I know when its time to fight for my settlement, John and company will make sure I am taken care of for all the damage and trauma I have gone through. Thank god I chose John Roxon, and especially thank god for Kayla Ashley my case manager. Without her I dont know what I would of been going through. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed in which they handled my case. They kept me informed and fought for what I thought was right. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

I had a serious workers comp claim I was put in a very difficult situation with my medical condition and being out of work. John roxon and Kayla were with me every step of the way. I even got emails returned at night and on weekends. They were great.
