MY NAME IS STACEY AND I JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW AMAZING MY LAWYER MATT IS ZAC WAS ALSO AMAZING . MY CASE WAS A SMALL ONE BUT MATT NEVER MADE ME ME FEEL LIKE IT. MATT ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS IMPORTANT!! HE ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK AND WENT TO BAT FOR ME AGAINST A BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME. IF I COULD GIVE THIS FIRM 20 STARS I WOULD , THEY HAVE BEEN ATTENTIVE FROM THE FIRST CALL. I HAVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BFOR 20 PLUS YEARS AND HANDS DOWN THIS GROUP IS SECOND TO NONE. YOU COULD FEEL THE COMPASSION OVER THE PHONE AND I WOULD USE THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FIRST HAND HOW I WAS TREATED PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME. MATT HAS MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD BE GLAD TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE. I WILL NEVER FORGET MATT AND THE FIRM !!!

This company is very horrible at keeping customers updated. Matt Harrison avoided me for 4 months and finally decided to call back after I sent a lengthy email. His excuse was he texted multiple times and left voicemails. I asked him to send the screenshot via email. He hasn’t did that because he didn’t try to reach out to me. If the firm feels as if your case isn’t worth it they won’t notify you, they’ll just leave you hanging. Matt Harrison lied to me and said he wasn’t able to get footage from my accident because it wasn’t cameras in the area or on the traffic lights, but my insurance company was able to obtain the footage FROM THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. Highly don’t recommend this place! Edit: After reading other customers reviews negative reviews most of them had the same issue as I did; which is failure to contact and failure to obtain footage. This firm used the same excuse which they tried reaching out to the customers…. LIES LIES LIES ALL LIES

Working with Brandon with this case has been nothing but easy for me. Hints for its my first accident and I was worried and nervously about going through but with his great team members and him putting in long hours and work into getting me and my kids what we need has been helpful. If you’re ever in accident the thumbs up guys are the ones to call. When things weren’t moving fast or the other insurance company wasn’t ready to move forward or get things moving. Brandon and his team members made sure to get it moving. Thank you thumbs up guys and Brandon.

I am so fortunate that I made this phone call. These guys stuck with it even though I thought hope was lost. They followed up with me until finally I got a phone call giving me some good news. I am so grateful. I truly appreciate them going to bat and persevering for me. I would recommend this team to anyone who thinks they had something bad happen at work and aren't sure where to turn. Truly legit.

The best thing that I like about dealing with this legal firm (Ryan & Zack especially) is that everything was done over the phone and by email. I never had to visit the office at no point. I received the settlement I deserved and I am 100% satisfied. I would definitely return in the future if I need to. I highly recommend this firm for your legal needs.
