To the thumbs up guys. I'm not using my real name, do you really think my name is Eliza Reptilekeeper? I keep reptiles, and Eliza is one of my middle names. And I'm not removing my rating, because it is accurate. You shouldn't expect 5 stars every time from every client. You didn't help me as I expected, response times were a little long, and some questions / problems were not addressed at all, just ignored. Therefore you get 3 stars.

Ryan Miller represented my claim with vigor and professionalism that gave me a favorable outcome. He will take the time to explain every step of the process and understood how to value and maximize the most out of the case. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would hire him again.

I want to sincerely thank Brandon and his team (Zack & Jeffrey) for taking on my workers comp and personal injury case at a time when no one else would. I was so traumatized from my injuries.They came to my aid,when there was so much chaos going on. They gave me the right advice when needed, responded back quickly when I had questions or concerns,checked on me and my well being periodically and kept me updated through out this entire ordeal via email,phone, text and zoom. Each interaction with Brandon and his team only reassured me that having Brandon represent me was the right decision. They were positive, respectful ,honest and straightforward. I had issues getting the property damage part complete with their adjuster and they stepped up and got that taken care of. All in all they did a great job and I highly recommend!
