Highly recommend! I called the morning after my car accident and they got the ball rolling immediately. Process was easy since they handled everything while I recovered.

Laura Holloway is an Amazing Attorney and she got my case settled in as little as a year. She was able to get both my insurance and the other person’s insurance to compensate me for my no fault accident and I am very grateful to her and her team for all that they have done for me!

Just got off a call inquiring about a consultation/services. The young lady I spoke to could not stop referring to me as “sweetie” , some may like this I don’t. Especially, when it is evident she was barely listening to me and my responses, proven by her consistently asking me the same info multiple times after I patiently gave her what was needed, each time. Additionally, once it became evident that I’d likely need more help with property damage than anything, that ended any faux niceties. I also asked to be removed from the mailing list, and was immediately hung up on. Yes, no ok, no nothing but dial tone…🤷🏾‍♀️ I get it, it’s Monday. It’s 2pm or so, closed to time to go home. And maybe, I’m over today’s customer service commitment level as well, but-and- also sometimes it matters to follow through with actual care and concern considering the nature of the business you work in. I will not ever recommend anyone to call this business or interact because of this interaction. 🤷🏾‍♀️ This is like more of a vent session, but to those that have read this far, thank you…🙂 AND it does matter.🙂
