Thee worst representation my family has ever received to date. First off, her take away percentage is 37% percent, when most attorneys only receive 33%. Shelley Leeke seems to be more consumed with celebrity status quo and animals; in lieu of, quality representation per her clients. The last picture displayed on her Facebook page of her and an actual client; was taken in May 2019; it’s mid 2023 and that is very unfortunate. Every other pic shared on her business social media platform are of animals per animal cruelty. Therefore, my question Is, is she representing pets or people??? In addition, her staff and junior attorneys whom actually represent her clients, and NOT her; are ALL rude and lack criminal law knowledge and customer service acumen. My family member who was actually her client, NEVER got to meet her, see her, nor ever even had a mere conversation with Shelley over the phone. And she has yet, to reach out now the case is completed. My family member had two separate lawsuits with Shelley Leeke that just recently closed in March 2023. And this month, May 2023,. the same family member has a new lawsuit, but chose to retain another attorney due to the dissatisfaction from Shelley Leeke and her law firm. I would NEVER recommend her or firm to anyone. She will probably do better and start engaging more with her clients after this review.

Ashley Bilby and her team were AMAZING! They were so helpful, kind, aware, and conscientious. She got me all that I could have hoped for and more. Thanks to Shelly’s great team I am able to live my life as if the accident were not burdensome to me. They got me all of the physical, emotional, and financial help I needed to be back to baseline with my health and well being. I am so so grateful and I could not have asked for a more beautiful group of persons to help me with this major life event. Thanks so much!!!!! Hopefully I never have a accident again, but if I do I will choose SLLF again. My attorney stayed on top of things, keep me updated and I closed within matters of months!

I was in a accident recently and was told I could only get a small amount but was I slip and fall and was offered more with minor injuries on both. The lawyer I had said he would go with it after I told him I wanted to shoot for more. I will never recommend them to nobody.

The worst experience they been fighting my class since 10/31/2019. I been in a 4 cat accident, went into cardiac arrest and all got nothing yet. They won’t even call me back like they opposite defense team paying them to make sure I lose. John quit the class without notifying me. Williams Barrett and Emily ignoring me. This has been a horrible experience

After getting hit from behind by a US mail truck I went to Shelly Leeke Law Firm and Jonathan one of the attorneys was supposed to be working on my case but I had to call several times a month just to get any information and after 11 months I receive a letter just last week saying they could not take my case. Now I don't know what to do. Thanks for stringing me along for 11 months. I plan on posting this on other websites

Waiting to hear from my attorney after 3 days. Today is March 17, 2023 and here we go again. What a big disappointment this law firm has been. I just wanted to be updated, can’t believe they will not return my calls and/or everyone is busy. Maybe if I had a $100,000.00 case I could get some help.
