Attorney Matt Cook was exceptional with explaining everything to me and showed a genuine interest in my well being from beginning to end. He and his paralegal Caitlin Berry was understanding, caring and stayed on top of things no matter how many questions or complaints about delays once settlement filed. A bit more communication throughout the process would be great. It creates a better relationship with the client that enhances proof of their suffering to influence better compensation. Just an opinion but overall great experience and appreciative settlement.
