David Hoffman Jr. esq. Has been a good friend to me since he handled my first workers compensation claim over twenty years ago. Unfortunately for me I've needed his services for three other work injuries over that period of time. In 2006 while working for another firm he fought hard for me when I had a closed traumatic brain injury. His tenacity and dedication saw me awarded a $250,000 settlement. Shortly after he founded Hoffman lawyers. Enter Matt. Matt is one of the best, most knowledgeable lawyers I've ever met. He handled a case for me when I suffered an injury to my eyes from noxious gas while on the job. Luckily my impairment was very mild but even though it was so mild he helped me recoup the money lost from being out of work. In 2021 I suffered an injury to my shoulder while at work. I was getting literally nowhere with the insurance company. My calls were never returned by the adjuster and as I had returned to work I ended up worsening the injury which put me back out of work for just over a month. I was being stonewalled by the adjuster, I was not getting paid, and finally I had enough. There was never a doubt as to who I would call. Again, Matt handled my case. When we were close to the hearing date the insurance company's lawyer wanted to send me to another Doctor even though I saw the surgeon chosen by the adjuster. He got me set up for an independent medical review that concurred with the treating physician. Because of this proactive stance the insurance company made a settlement offer which was accepted. The amount recovered was $55,000. Hoffman lawyers is the only firm I would ever consider to represent me in a personal injury case and the only one I recommend to anyone facing that situation. You can have confidence in them. They have the experience, the drive, and the determination to fight for you and the wisdom to advise you in making a good, fully informed decision about your case.
