About a year and a half ago I went through a rough work accident that left me helpless and confused as to what legal action I should take, if any. I was recommended to Joye Law Firm from someone whom I didn’t know very well. Needless to say I pursued their help and was only surprised and welcomed by them and their parastaff. It felt as though my attorney, Patrick Jennings almost took me under his wing and told me that if I could stick it out and be patient, he would get me what I needed and deserved. It was a long and unsettling process of taking legal action to right a wrong that was done to me. Every step of the way, he and his amazing paralegal Marcy Huckabee kept me in the loop and constantly assured me of things. Both of them are extremely personable and keen on the needs of their clients. Patrick worked hard and would vouche for me even in situations I wasn’t present for, because he knew what was best for me at all times. I owe this law firm a lot, and am grateful for all that they have done for me. The process of going through a workers comp case is not easy and a lot of parts are intimidating. Patrick, Marcy and the rest of the staff at the Joye Law Firm care about their clients and it shows in the work they do for us. I am so glad I chose them to help me with my case, their hard work and dedication is remarkable. I am happy to say that they changed my life and helped me settle a wrong that was done to me. Kayla was the paralegal, and Jeff Gerardi was the attorney for my personal injury lawsuit and they were great! My case had been stagnant for months when Kayla was assigned to it. Within four months of the time Kayla contacted me to let me know she was the new paralegal on my case, it was settled. These guys did a fantastic job with my case. They got it done very quickly considering the size of the case. It was a pleasure working with Mr.Bringardner and the rest of the team. I doubt things would have gone so well if I had a less competent team backing me, especially considering the level of skill the defense showed.
