I was in a serious accident a couple years back and reached out to The Joye Law Firm for help in a settlement case. Jeff Gerardi and Shawn Davis were truly amazing working with me throughout this entire experience. In October I was in a car accident. Jeff Gerardi of Joye Law Firm is incredible! A drunk driver destroyed my business sign on the street in front of my office...just demolished it. His insurance company only wanted to pay half the cost of replacement. Said it had "depreciated". So unfair as I had to replace the sign totally! Jeff went to work and got that insurance to pay the full replacement cost as well as the cost of a temporary sign and the trees that were destroyed. It's sad that the public is required to buy insurance to cover these kinds of things that happen, but when it comes to paying out, the insurance companies don't want to pay. Jeff Gerardi will work for you to get what is fair.

Jeff Gerardi was great to work with after my car accident! This was my first legal situation and he made sure to explain everything to me and was extremely responsive via email and phone.
