Excellent team to work with!

Joye Law Firm has taken care of many of my clients and friends since moving to Charleston in 2005. They are honest, hard working professionals.

I was in a car accident in 2014. John Decker was my lawyer and Lindsey Merreighn was my paralegal. This was my first car accident ever and of course my first lawsuit. Lindsey was one of the most personable, caring and understanding people I've ever interacted with. First day one to the day I settled, she listened to me. Half of the time, the stuff I came to her with wasn't even relevant but out of frustration. She could have ignored me but she listened every second. She would do say things to get my mind off of how stressed I was like asking about how my family was doing, what my kids were up to, etc. She was an angel since day one and I was so lucky to have her on my side. John is a wonderful lawyer. He made sure I was kept up to date on every step of the process. He took the time to explain things to me so I could understand it fully. On the day I settled, they could have let me sit in the office, tell me where to sign and send me on my way. He took the time to still make me feel comfortable and interact with me as more than a lawyer. At the end of he day, he's human. A family man, a hardworking man, and a genuinely caring man. John and Lindsey in my opinion are a power team. If you have a problem, BEG for them because they will take care of you and make you feel like more than a client or a paycheck. Thank you so much for everything you guys!

Here is what I have learned: If you have been injured, you must get an attorney. I had two main criteria in selecting the law firm that would handle my case. I wanted a lawyer with proven success. Experience was a must. Secondly, I needed an attorney that I felt comfortable with. I walked in to our first meeting thinking I would meet other attorneys before deciding on a law firm. That wasn't necessary. I felt comfortable with Mark right away. My case was unique. The "insurance" company was so difficult to work with. I feel Mark was able to get me the highest settlement possible. Mark is very good at responding to your questions. If he can't answer the question, Alice will be on it. I told Alice, Mark's paralegal, that she was my "rock". She communicates with you promptly and often and, for me, was a stress reliever! Mark is from the area and sent me to excellent physicians for the evaluation of my injuries. I plan to continue to see two of the doctors. I was always treated respectfully by the girls at the front desk. That is important, too. These are the ladies that create the first impression for the office. Overall, I would highly recommend you stop by and meet the folks at the Joye Law Firm. I am very happy I did.

Didn't not have a big enough claim for there help.

I was involved in a very bad auto accident about 4 months ago and contacted Joye Lawfirm for representation! It was a very difficult process for me however my Attornery Mark B and Holly my case manager were both Awesome!! They made this process very smooth for me!!
