I am so grateful to Alex Ginsburg and the Thumbs Up Guys. Not only did she do a great job with the case, but she is so kind, genuine, and compassionate. I had an accident where the other driver flew out into oncoming traffic (me), totaled my car and kept driving, leaving the scene of the accident. Neither my insurance company nor his were inclined to respond or help me. It’s so incredibly frustrating when someone else’s idiocy can have such a negative impact on you and yet hardly any impact on themselves. I’m not gonna lie, I was starting to get pretty salty about it. That all changed as soon as I spoke to Alex. She made me feel like she was my big sis that had my back. And she did! 🥰 Thanks Alex!
