I first want to start by saying thank you to Joni and Jordan for their help during my time of needing assistance. I formally was being represented by another attorney, but didn’t feel comfortable with the response time or the responses I was getting. With that being the case, my aunt reached out to Ms. Joni about my situation. Later that day, Ms. Joni and her assistant Jordan reached out to me and told me they’d be happy to take my case. I never had an issue with getting in touch with Joni or Jordan at any point of my case. They both kept in touch with me to keep me informed of what was going on behind the scene, and made sure to answer any questions that I may have had. If I am ever faced with another situation where I would need to seek legal representation, I’ll give The Thumbs Up Guys a call first.
