The team was compassionate and timely.

In difficult times please align yourself with people who will take care of you from start to finish. I can rant and rave over the precise work this team has delivered on. From setting up appointments, multiple weekly check-ins, efficient dialogue with outside providers, after hours communication; quick turnaround with responses and sometime to just simply saying hi!! Their work and this team is far more than a commercial that airs in the local network. Try make experiencing a loss not so hard. This has been such a great and highly professional experience and I will ALWAYS recommend. Thanks for everything Phil and the team !!

What a wonderful experience dealing with the Thumbs Up Guys!! Patrick was very professional, communicative, and healthful through the entire experience! Nathancia was really helpful when needing medical assistance and questions answers when Patrick wasn’t available. They really make you feel like a priority and listen to your concerns through the entire process! I was very impressed!

If you have a workers comp case I recommend asking for Blakely and Lauren. I’m sure I was annoying with questions of worry but they stayed cool calm and collected and things turned out like they said it would.

Although Jordan and Joni are not men, they are two of the best ladies to do what they do. I called the THUMBS UP GUY after I was unfortunate enough to be hit by a car while riding my bicycle home from work. They were able to perform what makes the business the best with the least amount of information I had to provide them with. The most astounding thing these two incredible ladies accomplished was that when I had nowhere to turn and my back to the walls, they worked their magic to save me from the worst incident in my life. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but given the information I had to offer them, it made sense.
