Good people. Courtney represents us with integrity and we're relieved to work with someone who has a deep understanding of how to handle our case. We worked with someone else in Rapid City before who we felt didn't uphold their integrity in our case and it was a fruitless and expensive nightmare. We're very thankful to have found someone who is responsible and respectful to all parties involved. I recommend this firm.

I have known Mike Loos for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with some of the biggest decisions in my life. He has helped me with simple things like wills to more complex things like contract reviews and general legal questions. He takes the time to understand my situation, he patiently answers all of my questions and gives me the confidence to move forward. Highly recommend.

Go here if you want your attorney to tell you that they can get your felony dropped to a misdemeanor with no jail time, still end up with jail time & have to plead to a felony anyways, then five years later your former attorney can’t be bothered to return phone calls to you about your case even though at one time you paid them nearly 10K. UPDATE: Three days after I posted this review they got a hold of me saying that they didn’t have the correct information even though I gave it explicitly to three different receptionists at their office. My previous attorney still couldn’t answer my question and his boss contacted me to see if I would take my review down saying it was inappropriate and unfair….even though that was my exact experience with them. These people are unprofessional. I cannot believe that they were ever my representation. I do feel compelled to warn people that this firm is only interested in collecting the money and don’t have your best interest at heart. Do not use them if you are facing a criminal or custody matter.

Holly Smith is very knowledgeable when it comes to family court. She listens well and remembers pertinent information and represents her clients well. My situation wasn’t straight forward, as we had already been through the process in another state. If there was ever anything she wasn’t 100% certain about, she wasn’t above asking her colleagues their opinions on a situation. Every time I had to go to the office, the office staff was always professional and courteous. Holly and all of their staff always handled matters in a timely effort. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with a custody matter.
