I was pleased with the services provided by Hollie Smith. She was attentive to what I wanted, and efficiently made that happen. She delivered a level of professionalism to myself and to the opposing party that was polite and effective. My case was unique, yet we had the results we strived for. I highly recommend Hollie in regards to child custody cases. Also, the other staff members were very helpful and they have good coffee!!

I’m not huge on writing reviews or I tend to forget to do so. I worked with Hollie Smith on a custody case. A very hard case at that. I’m very grateful for her and my decision to hire her. I put out a in search of post on some local webpages. Hollie’s name was brought up as a suggestion. I did my research then spoke with Hollie directly. From day one she’s been great to work with. My biggest thing was working with a lawyer that was timely and considerate. She’s guided be through this entire process and has in great detail answered all my questions/concerns. I will continue to work with her in the future with other issues. Highly recommend this law firm.

Hollie Smith recently represented my granddaughter in a case. Hollie was pleasant and very professional, She discussed the facts surrounding the case and the difficulties that might be encountered. The case took a surprising turn however Hollie never lost focus, remained calm and was always in full control of the situation. Every time a "curve ball" was thrown at her, "she knocked it out of the park" and was completely prepared for every contingency. I have since recommended her to several people i know, who were in need of legal assistance and i will continue to recommend her in the future.

This firm was not thorough in their preperation of the defense needed,not knowledgable in any aspects of construction and i paid for it.

Eric really helped me with my case, he did everything I asked him to do and completed what I wanted, I can thank him for several things but mainly, he is a great lawyer and I recommend him to anybody else as well.

The worst organization I’ve ever asked for help

I hired Eric Schlimgen as my attorney for a DUI which I was charged with last December. He represented me in the best light possible without any room for me to wonder what was going on within my case. He kept me up to date right away after court dates while I was out of town and ensured that he would find the best possible solution for my problem. He was available as much as he could be with his equally busy lifestyle. Eric maintained his professionalism and positive demeanor throughout the entirety of my case, and I would hire him again over any other lawyer in South Dakota without a doubt. Thank you again Eric!!
