My son was convicted of a very serious drug crime in federal court .Mr.Arnkoff fought hard for him .The government wouldn't file a waiver of the mandatory 10 years sentence he was facing .Mr.Arnkoff always knew the Judge would have given him a lesser sentence it she could have and he was very upset with the government lawyer. My son has now spent almost 5 years in custody.Recently Mr.Arnkoff contacted me about filing a petition for my son release due to health and Covid reason .He told me the Judge was no longer bound by the 10 year sentence and she would most likely reduce his sentence He put everything in motion and brought in his friend Attorney Michael Holley.The Judge agreed with them that my son deserved to being released and he will be returning home in a few weeks .I can't thank Mr.Arnkoff and Mr.Holley enough for their efforts on behalf of my son .

Mark is a great attorney to have. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped make my situation that was very complicated and painful into an easy one taking in the best interest of me and my daughter. Mr. Arnkoff represented my brother-in-law on federal racketeering/homicide charges. This was a very emotional case for the community. The penalty was mandatory life in prison and Mr. Arnkoff was able to negotiate a waiver of the mandatory punishment. The Government recommended a sentence of 25 years. After a very lengthy sentencing hearing the Judge leaned heavily towards Mr. Arnkoff’s arguments and imposed a sentence of 13 years. He was extremely prepared and it was obvious the judge had a lot of respect for him. My family would recommend Mr. Arnkoff for anyone in need of a federal criminal defense lawyer. He communicates well. He returns calls promptly. He is very knowledgeable in the law. He gave my brother-in-law and my family hope for the future. He never stopped encouraging my brother-in-law and I suspect he will continue to follow his progress long after the case is over.
