I’m glad I chose John Day for my case. They kept me informed of activities all along the process. They clearly reviewed my options and led the way to a quick resolution. Special thanks to Thomas who was so easy to work with during this effort.

My wife and I received a surprise at the red light! A lady ran it and threw us into the air and spun us 270 degrees and several feet up the road. After ambulance ride to the hospital, we went home, to great difficulty, doing our everyday things. I contacted John Day Legal Services after receiving a call from the guilty party's insurance company with an offer so low it was an insult. I gave John Day all the information I had, cost of physical therapy, ambulance services, specialist costs, and all was taken care of with little effort on my part. All I can say is we received somewhere around 18 times each of what the insurance company initially offered. Take my advice, hire John Day to help you navigate your needs when you are down. You deserve the same good help I received. There were some tough months, but we are good now.

After going through many attorneys for help with my car accident, Natalie and Thomas were able to help me. This was my first time dealing with an attorney, and the process was very seamless and easy.
