I would feel very comfortable recommending the Law Offices of John Day to all my family and friends. Mr. Day and his staff were recommended to me, and I am so grateful. They were extremely compassionate and professional thru out our case, always keeping me informed of any new developments. He answered all our questions and gently educated us on the state laws that impacted our situation. A very heartfelt thank you from me and my family for walking with us thru this ordeal. (Two years tomorrow since the fatal accident)

John day may be an amazing attorney, but he is a more exemplary man. Throughout the years, I have consulted with him, and he has never steered me wrong. A few years ago, my daughter witnessed and egregious act at a Dollar General. John immediately jumped in and helped our family without charging us a dime. To find the true measure of a man you have to look at the things they do from their heart and not for their wallets. If you are looking for an attorney, who cares, and whose intent is not to line their own pockets, then John Day is the man.

I would like to say Sarah and Brandon has been awesome to get to know and work with. I was so scared about this case, but Sarah made it so easy. I would recommend John Day's law office to anyone that is look for a great team to work with and makes you feel you are important to them.

Laura, Lauren and Maggie were amazing. Maggie even came to my home to be sure that I understood what all of the paperwork was and that when I signed documents, I understood it all. I was so very fortunate to have them on my team. I will always recommend them to anyone that may need this type of help.

It was wonderful to choose a firm that was friendly, caring, and made the process easier. When you call/text Brandon or Sarah they always answered your questions quickly and made it easy to understand. I would use them again because they are the best people to work with. Gosh where do I start. We had a full year of follow up and discussions. Liz and Lindsey never missed a full explanation to me. They were wonderful in listening to my many injury and coverage questions. Incredible professionalism. These are often tough situations as mine was so knowing I did not have to worry about their actions was very important.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Liz Sitgreaves and Lindsey Flatt went above and beyond when it came to my case. They were always there to answer my questions and I never felt like they were too busy for me. My case was resolved much quicker than I anticipated with a great outcome.
